I am a denistphobe and I couls not have been made to feel more welcome. I am also on benefits so don't pay for my treatment due to long lterm mental health issues. My dentist Neil Campbell is very helpful and doesn't vgive me a hard time about my not so frequent visits either. All in all a very positive experience.

Having suffered from bad anxiety when visiting the dentist in the past I was extremely nervous to try out a new practice, but from the moment I was greeted by Dr Niki Koutsiafti I was made to feel incredibly at ease. Everything was spoke through and explained in a way to help calm my nerves and worries, I received quite possibly the best dental experience ever thanks to her patience and words of encouragement. After my treatment I couldn’t believe how different I felt towards future appointments. From the minute you walk in the door till the minute you leave everyone is incredibly welcoming. I can’t thank Niki enough for, please don’t hesitate to go to this clinic, they’re fantastic!

There is nothing one can say except congratulations on doing everything right. Wonderful reception staff. Brilliant sensitive kind charming dentists and nurses. Easy to get appointments. Still treat on the NHS. Take account of existing health conditions including mental health. Treat everyone with dignity and respect. It is actually a joy to go for treatment and at the same time learn that this group of total professionals can show, not only how to run a modern dental practice, but also society, if only others would learn.
