The king size mattress I ordered was as expected and well priced. However the customer service was terrible! I was notified of delivery via a text from a random mobile number the night before - thankfully I was available to take delivery the next day. The two men delivering in the day were quite uncouth and complained about being asked to carry the mattress upstairs. Bear in mind I’m a petite woman living on my own. Will think twice before using again, unfortunately.

I absolutely love my dining table and chairs. Order was places online and I was worried if it would look anything like the pictures however I was not disappointed. The customer service from staff was good however it was the very opposite from the delivery men. They don't have an ounce of customer service skills and for that reason I gave 4 stars.
