I've recently had my worktop supplied and installed by Sharpstones. I found every member of their team to be super helpful and simply brilliant. The customer service was on point right from the beginning to end. Jack and Paul both went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with both the installation and worktop. The real test for a company is how they deal with any issues. I had a minor issue after installation which both Jack and Paul ensured, was resolved immediately. This is a company that will really look after you post installation and involve you throughout the process to include vein matching which is not something all companies would do. All my queries were always answered and attended to by Paul, Jack and Neave. The installation team are really down to earth and meticulous. I am really pleased overall with the service and the product. Keep up the good work guys.

Absolute stellar service by Paul and the team. Paul was always available on phone - and really went the extra mile to follow up without being pushy at any point during the process. They were able to draw up a deal for me on a stone I really wanted but was initially out of my price range. The fitting team were also fantastic (thanks James & lads) - genuine pros. They were able to achieve a flawless vein match for my waterfall edge worktop on the island. I couldn't be any happier with the end product. Met Jack at suppliers abd was so impressed with his knowledge of natural stone. My daughter and I had complete faith and trust in him. We picked our stone and had several meetings with him. He installed both of our kitchens today. Jack and his team worked so hard and you could tell they had such pride in their work and wanted to produce excellent results. They certainly did. They went over and above to give us what we wanted with the finished worktops and drop down table. Excellent value for money and the granite we picked is stunning showing all the rock and crystal formation. Well done guys. You deserve to be top of your game.

We have just had our granite fitted and we are so amazed by the results. Its better than we could have imagined. Jack was attentive an helpful from the start. We were able to view the granite slabs and choose the one we loved. We even visited multiple times to ensure it was just what we wanted. Worktops are such a key piece we had to get it right. We are blown away with the workmanship. Jack and his team are professional, helpful and want their customers to love the end results.
