Went in on a Friday afternoon as a walk in customer and noticed there was a bit of a wait. There was only 1 barber. He explained he was short staffed. I was recommended to book an appointment instead. That was ok and I did exactly that for an appointment the following day. Turned up at my appointment and was told it was another 30-40 minute wait because he was short staffed. I sympathise for the barber but I don’t see the point of a booking system if I have to wait 30-40 minutes even though a booking was made. A suggestion is maybe contact the customer in advance to inform them there is a delay? I didn’t end up having my haircut.

I can’t recommend sharpes enough! My son has Autism & Adhd & was seen by Dean. He came out & instantly compared it to his previous barbers & listed all the things that was better. He said usually the demand to keep still makes his adhd play up & it’s not enjoyable but Dean was gentle & he felt relaxed without pressure to stay still.
