Have ordered lots of products and used Sharperedges sharpening services many times now, and safe to say I will NEVER be going anywhere else. Honest and trustworthy with fantastic service, Ian and the team are always happy to help. Never had any issues with equipment not being up to standard upon its return, which is a first having used several sharpeners over the years. And the bulk of both of my competition and everyday scissor collections are now made up of Sharperedges scissors as the quality and feel of the scissors simply can’t be beat.

Seller was totally uninterested in assisting with getting the Courier company to change address as they will not drop the parcel in a safe place. As there would never be anybody at home in the week during business hours to accept the parcel it would never get delivered. Shocking after sales Service when there is an issue. Edit to answer It clearly states on the courier website that changes can only be made by the seller and the seller then refuses to contact the courier company to even try change this but rather blows one off I don't really see how you can be upset with the review. Also nowhere during the purchase does it make it clear that the courier service will not drop on safe place, this is a huge problem if one works during the day and cannot accept a parcel personally and should be mentioned to avoid these issues. Reschedule delivery clearly is also not a solution as they only deliver during the business hours and week days. Neither is driving an hour to collect as that's firstly why I have a shipping option and secondly one is at WORK!!
