    I placed an order for an air fryer from Ninja, payment taken immediately, notified that delivery will take 2 to 3 business days, it is now day 8 and no delivery. Have called three times, pathetic service! Said they will "escalate", and get back to me after a further 9 days. What is shocking is that they are very efficient at taking your money, but incredibly slow or take no action to deliver or resolve a delivery issue. This is approaching theft! Pathetic service will never use Ninja again

    I bought a ninja dual zone Air fryer and was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews but I can honestly say I've had a great experience. The air fryer has made my life so much less stressful with how quick and simple it cooks evening meals as I work full time and have two infants. Maybe theyve changed couriers since the bad reviews but my courier was dpd and he was fantastic. Very friendly, careful and fast as we got the product the next day after ordering I was so impressed as it was a Sunday. Anyone with a busy life needs one of these they are well worth the money.

    Shocking customer service! I ordered a Ninja air fryer 3rd Jan and was told it was dispatched 5th Jan. I rang Mon 16th Jan as I hadn’t received the item to be told it would be investigated and they would get back to me in 6-9 days. 6-9 days!! I waited until today and rang back as I still hadn’t received it. I spoke with Lenny who must have been having his lunch as he was not interested in the slightest. I wanted to cancel my order and, as I had chosen to pay 30days later through Klarna, I requested an email confirming they would cancel my order. This would give me confidence to go out today and buy an air fryer on the high street and have evidence, should I require it, that is cancelled my order and would return should it ever turn up. No couldn’t be done. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. No couldn’t be done. Once again it’s being investigated and they would get back to me within 48hrs. I then went online to make a complaint. Funny enough it doesn’t give you that option. Stay away if you’ve any sense

    Ordered a Shark Anti Hair Wrap Cordless Vacuum IZ202UK on 1/1/2023. Received a despatch notification on 3/1/2023 from YODEL. The goods never arrived and YODEL did not receive them, When phoned for a refund on 20/1/2023 I was told they should have been delivered already, then told, actually, they were out of stock. Thoroughly dishonest company DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT.

    I have a bank statement naming your company as that responsible for delivery of an oven for today. You haven’t sent an order number, receipt or acknowledged my order. As such, I completely do not believe I’ll get this today. This seems a very peculiar and utterly disappointing way to conduct business as I need this for Xmas. Please refund if you can’t complete sales. Very, very misleading and a cause for worry and distress.

    Discovered after a year that the brush roller on our shark antihair wrap lift away xl was designed in a way it couldn't be replaced - planned obsolescence. Rendering the entire hoover useless without replacing the full head, as if they thought that the bristles would never wear down?! Then the flimsy clasps that hold the dust Cup on broke and it had to be held on by bungee cord, and then the motor began to whine. Customer service was beyond utterly useless. Worst hoover we've ever owned, complete waste of money. We went out and bought a Sebo (can highly recommend!) and the Shark was given the only thing it deserved - an axe. Now the brush roller comes out! Will never buy another shark product again.
