    Had a puncture that was repaired by the RAC but as I had a long ride home the following day I rang Shark to see if they could help with a new tyre. They ordered one to be delivered the following day. I dropped my bike off, had a coffee in Hereford town centre and soon had a call that the tyre was being fitted. I returned for a short chat with the friendly staff and was soon on my way home. Excellent service and went out of their way to fix my bike at short notice. I highly recommend.

    The battery died on my RD whilst I was in Hereford, phoned up Shark Motorcycles, they said they thought they could sort me out. My mate took me there, they were brilliant found a battery that would fit, gave me a cup of coffee whilst we were waiting. Friendly and helpful a proper bike shop. If I lived in Hereford I would go out of my way to give them my business.
