    Google won’t let me post the review in full. The full review will be on their instagram. It is complete honest based on my experience. I have just completed 12 week tans4m program. My journey with shapeshifter started with a consultation with Adele who was very honest & clear that in order to transform I needed to be committed, it wouldn’t be easy but I will meet my goals which were to lose body mass & toning up in preparation of my wedding. I really appreciated this directness. There was no big sell & at no point did I ever feel like I was being mislead or coerced. I was given time to go away & think about it. For me it wasn’t a hard decision I was ready for change. Communication with Adele has always been excellent & her knowledge & experience shines though. She is extremely passionate about what she does & relishes at helping people. She is very fair & supportive. Not to mention always friendly & welcoming. I was sent some questionnaires to complete prior to started with the program & again asked to repeat these at the halfway point.

    In Nov 2022, I made one of the best decisions of my life. Most of my life I’ve been in 'decent' shape & considered "skinny" by friends & family (which I never saw as a compliment because I had always admired strong women, with toned bodies & defined muscles). I've been a regular gym-goer for several years, working out 4-5 times per week, but I wasn't seeing the changes in my physique/strength that I desired (which I now know was due to a lack of structure in my lifestyle). In June 2022, I caught a bad flu, which wiped me out for several weeks. After which, I had little to no energy to workout especially after a long (highly stressful, yet sedentary) day at work. So I'd try to appease my feelings of lethargy, stress & anxiety with junk food, which usually consisted of; a large pizza, chicken wings, crisps & a slice of cheesecake! But within 4 months, I suddenly found myself not fitting into my clothes anymore, feeling more tired than ever and totally out of shape & uncomfortable in my body. It affected my self-esteem, which in turn pushed me to more emotional eating & a lessened desire to workout. In late Oct 2022, I thought enough is enough. I was trapped in a negative cycle & felt helpless in getting myself out of it alone. So, I spent hours on the internet trying to find the best meal plans & workout routines...just to not action any of them! Mainly because they felt too 'generic', but also because I didn't have enough belief in my own self-discipline. I finally realised that I needed to get professional help; not only to help me lose the gained weight & get fit, but also, to help me find a way out of my bad eating habits which were hurting my mood, energy levels & self-esteem (as well as my waistline). I searched for a personal trainer that would also provide nutritional guidance, when I discovered Shapeshifters. I did as much research as I could (mainly by reading all the shapeshifters testimonials) but ended up unsure as to whether they catered for someone like me. So, I decided to take a chance & registered for a consultation with Adele (which turned out to be one of the best decision I’ve ever made). From day one, Adele, gave me the structure that I was looking for. We had an in-depth discussion about my physical state (including eating habits, stress levels, sleep, etc) & what my goals were. Before she devised a lifestyle solution that fit like a glove, I started off with an 8 week programme, training twice per week with Adele, before signing up again for another 8 weeks. I'm really intrigued to see my body's potential, as well as building on my healthier habits. In terms of training, Adele pushed me to my limits, but in a good way! It's such an amazing feeling to realise; that with the right kind of support (from the right people) you can conquer your limiting beliefs & achieve goals that you never believed possible & even when I attend a gruelling training session (after an exhausting day at work) I always leave with a big smile on my face, knowing that I pushed myself harder than before! Once you see the results you get in a very short period of time you just want to continue to improve to see how far you can take it. Even if, like me, you don't manage to stick to your diet 100% of the time (because you have a busy & stressful life or enjoy your snacks too much to give them up entirely) the results are so good that it inspires you to live better. My friends, family & colleagues all knew about my journey with shapeshifters from day one & had differing levels of enthusiasm about the process. But now, even the few who were sceptical (about my new eating habits & tough training sessions) are asking me what I did to get in shape...so they can do it to! And you know what?! It feels really good to be able to promote healthier living to those near & dear to me from a position of authenticity. Thanks, Adele (& the Shapeshifters team), for the great work you do. It is not just my body that you are shifting, but also my mental health, my happiness level & my belief in myself. Eagerly awaiting my next training session!

    Finished a 16 week programme with Shapeshifters with PTs Junior and Adele and it has been transformative. Adele’s holistic approach to my diet and supplements meant all my IBS symptoms disappeared which has significantly improved my quality of like. Monthly check-ins meant I was able to track and measure my progress. And the training sessions themselves were challenging but fulfilling. I’ve learnt enough to be confident by myself at the gym.

    I decided to give this programme a go on the basis that I needed to get in shape for a family wedding I was to attend, and it ended up being the best decision I have ever made – this was the big health & fitness re-set I was looking for and absolutely know I will continue many aspects of the regime going forward in my everyday life. For my twice a week personal training sessions I had the super-approachable Haider who was quite brilliant at motivating me to achieve more and more each week, something I really appreciated as my stamina at the start was non-existent; he kept the routine of each session varied & interesting and spent time explaining the sets and discussing what each one was meant to achieve – I would never have made such progress if I had attended a gym independently. Through Haider I felt like I was able to walk away from every session feeling like I had given it my best and wanting to achieve even more the next time. For me the most stand out point was the realisation that not once in the full 20 weeks of the programme did I ever feel hungry or crave anything, I absolutely loved the meal plan and found it really easy to grasp and to stick to. Adele offered endless advice & tips on how to make the most of food options and I was glad of the guidance as I am not a very accomplished cook, but I was thrilled to realise that I made some of my tastiest dinners as a result of the meal plan and it widened the range of food that I eat in a week. This programme actually helped me through an extraordinarily stressful period of time (a disastrous house move), and I ended up feeling very grateful for the routine: the daily exercise, the training sessions, the meal plans – it all gave me something to focus on when everything else was going to pot. I would do this whole programme again in a heartbeat and thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is struggling to get their health & fitness on track once and for all.

    Big thanks to the Shapeshifters team, especially Adele and Haider. Although I tried my best to remain active during lockdown, putting on more fat than I wanted was inevitable. I’m not one for these fad diets going around and told myself that if I was going to do this, then I was going to seek professional help. From day one the team were nothing short of amazing, everything from my diet to my exercise routines were tailored to my needs and goals and adjustments were made along the way with my progress when needed. Haider always helped me push through those last few reps when I thought I didn’t have it in me and Adele was always at the ready to answer any questions I had. This whole experience made me understand how important it is to have professionals who are willing to work with me rather than making me work for them. Not only did I meet my goals thanks to the team but even managed to go beyond them. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make changes to their life.

    I highly recommend the Shapeshifters studio. I just finished my 8 weeks programme, and I wish I could have more weeks. It was both challenging and rewarding at the same level. Definitely, although exhausted I always left the studio feeling way better than when I arrived. Since my first contact with Adele I received plenty of information and attention. My Personal Training sessions and nutrition plan were really good and planned to help me to lose weigh and gain lean mass. I'm happy with my results (all my measures improved in 8 weeks time) and all support that I had during my time there. Many thanks Shapeshifters!

    I feel good!!! What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Just completed 12 weeks of the best diet, training and mentally in a better place. My initial assessment with Adele really gave me the assurance I needed and she answered all my questions. The nutritional plan was easy to follow. (YOU have to stick to it, if you want results) Any additional support I needed Adele was there. My PT Haider was so focused on what areas needed to be trained. What a fabulous guy he is. He really put me through my paces and I'm not disappointed with the results. He really does know how to get the best out of you. Whilst remaining professional at all times, Haider is a good listener too. We all may experience off days but with his support and guidance I was back on track. My relationship with food is much better, I'm sleeping better and most of all I feel like I've got a spring in my step. Highly recommend Shapeshifters. I can't wait to continue my journey forward.
