Having had highlights for decades my hair was starting to break. I tried treatments but it was in such a bad State. The only option I had was to have it cut. My hair was below my shoulders and I'd never had short hair so was very apprehensive at going from long to short. From the moment I walked into shape I felt I was in good hands. Julie greeted me and totally put me at ease. We discussed what we wanted to achieve and I am so glad I put my faith in her. What a stylist!! Absolutely love my hair, very on trend.
