We just enjoyed a 5 course diner. Chef Scott knows exactly how to impress you with his perfectly balanced dishes. This is vacation on itself. Waiter Alex was able to guide us during our entire diner. Everything was explaned clearly and we were catered on all our requests. Somelier Maru served us the wines to complete the entire meal/experience. In a nutshell, this is a winning team in a very beautifull setup. Thanks for everything.
