Been to see Mr Singranger today. He was fabulous. Very informative, carried out a thorough examination of my leg, put me right at ease!! Excellent bedside manner and asked lots of engaging and relivant questions. I did not feel rushed and was so happy with the appointment!! I would highly recommend him!!!

The staff at the hospital are fantastic as are the consultants. I have never had any trouble and found the nurses to be super nice and helpful. I never had any food whilst at The Shalbourne so unable to comment, this was my choice. The room was nice and bright with a nice Tv to watch and the Wi-Fi was very good. I would certainly recommend the Shalbourne, much better than the BMI hospital but of course that is my opinion.

Inadequate facilities after a hip and pelvis reconstruction operation. Left for two hours without being hooked up to the morphine machine less than 24 hours after the operation as the nurse was “busy”. Heard her saying “oh he can wait, it’s only pain relief”. Also nurses and physio not reading my notes stating non weight bearing on the operated hip..... trying to get me to sit in seats that were too low, Zimmer frames that were too short. I’m only on day 3 x
