I recently visited the SSC showroom and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and really went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to find the perfect car for my needs. The selection of cars at the showroom was also truly impressive. They had a wide range of models, colors, and features available, which made it easy for me to find something that fit my budget and preferences. What really stood out to me, however, was how patient and understanding the staff was. The most unprofessional experience I wanted to buy a 53k car. They promised me that I could collect it tomorrow, then in two days, then in 3 days and on the 5th day, it was no longer for sale I hope no one will have the same experience!

Bought a car which had a brake issue the day after I bought it. Bani, who owns Apex Performance Cars in Huddersfield and appears to work for Shaks as well, said he'd help but then refused to communicate and didn't answer my emails, calls and texts. They're clearly not bothered about providing good customer service and getting repeat business. Do not buy from these dealerships if you want good after-sales customer service.
