I needed to go with my son. We checked in at 9, he was seen for his obvs at 10:45 then in to see another clinician by 11am for a prescription/advice. They were both so so lovely. The whole time we waited they never stopped! Real credit to the NHS!!

The worst place you can go and ask for help waiting for anyone 7hours who could help to resolve the problem after the surgical operation to change the packing for the open wound and take off the stitches. They send people home after long waiting with prescription for dressings pads after 7pm.. no local pharmacy open.. they couldn't do anything with it because they run out of dressings soo awful... Better sleep with infection... Good luck

Very nice staff, the only pity is that the doctors have limited help for patients, because the doctors there are wonderful, they would love to help more but they couldn't. The NHS must trust them and allow more help.

Was very weary of the place but it turned out amazing. My 3 yo suffered from ear infection following a course of penicillin due to Strep-A we thought was cured a week ago. He didn't sleep all night and his ear was leaking badly. We turned up at 10am on Saturday and were seen by a clinician within 10 minutes. I was out with antibiotics prescription which I collected in another 10 minutes from the chemist opposite the centre. The receptionist was very friendly, the clinician was quite abrupt but I guess she was not good with handling crying/unwell children. She took time in questioning me and check the baby thoroughly so I'm not fussed.

I'd just like to thank all the staff and doctors here for their dedication to getting patients seen when most local GPS won't entertain. Great work people and thank you so much.

Pointless, only see under 16s on a Saturday night , the Chinese woman behind the counter chewing chewing gum , mouth wide open every single chew , like a 12 year old does...grow up .... you want a pay rise but don't know how to speak to somebody properly... I agree most of you do deserve one , but come on your in your 40's love , how embarrassing.
