Absolutely incredible service. Luke was an absolute diamond sorting out my tooth extraction. Luke is incredible knowledgable and thorough, took the time to work out where the cause of my pain was, then proceeded to do the work with the greatest care and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend him enough. All the staff at the surgery were smiley, friendly and caring. Everyone made me feel at ease with my procedure and everyone seemed to genuinely care.

I had all my lower teeth took out and underwent 5 hour surgery at Shakespear Drive , the team were brilliant talented I also had bone graft, their skill set was amazing.. did a great job , only this week I had my brand new teeth screwed in , amazing work -was a big job, they did the work with professionalism, honesty and integrity and a fantastic job. I came to see Luke for a second opinion through a recommendation from my daughter. After been left in pain from my previous dentist and been told repeatedly the issue would resolve, it was a breath of fresh air when i came to Shakespeare Drive. Luke was professional, honest and thorough and got me out of pain. Very reassuring and he talked me through each stage of my treatment. All the girls are welcoming and friendly. Lovely practice :)

I have been meaning to right a 5* review for Shakespeare Drive Dental Hospital for the last year when I first visited. After receiving some unfortunate low quality treatment from another dentist, I was left in immense pain and had an infection. I struggled to find a dentist that was up to the challenge until I found Luke and the team. I received an emergency root canal, antibiotics etc and was pain free within a week. I have continued to see Luke and the team to correct the work, and I cannot be more grateful. Luke is upfront and honest, whilst being caring and understanding. I honestly wouldn't think of going to another dentist ever again - worth every penny. I also have to say how wonderful the reception staff and dental nurses are - always welcoming and helpful. If I could give 10*s I would :-)

Highly recommend this Dentist. I booked an emergency appointment for severe tooth pain due to a broken tooth. They got me in first thing in the morning the next day and I was in and out in half an hour and all fixed! Staff were lovely and service was great!

I cannot give Luke and his team enough praise.. I had a phobia with regards going to the dentist (so didn’t go for years). Obviously this was definitely not the sensible thing to do as it only made everything worse ….that was until I met Luke. At Shakespeare dental.. I had been thinking about having some composite bonding/veneers for some time(due to them not involving any injections etc) however I had been told by a so called composite specialist in the Centre of Birmingham that due to my bite I would not be able to have them … Then by chance I spoke to Mr Luke Savva Owner and principal dentist at Shakespeare dental who to my surprise said yes it’s no problem .then I mentioned my fear of the dentists ,his reply “don’t worry I will be you’re friend and won’t hurt you” Luke is one of the nicest genuine humble guys that you will ever meet. he made me feel very comfortable and reassured about being in his care he was very professional in his approach (knowing I was very anxious) Kept checking with me that I felt ok with everything he was doing . I can honestly say he has been true to his word in every aspect Luke and his amazing team of ladies carried out my whitening and my new composite front teeth ..fantastic and without any complications whatsoever I have since returned to the practice to have other treatments to get the rest of my teeth back into order .including a filling and 2 root extractions ..(things that I wouldn’t have ever contemplated before now) Again Luke and his team stayed true to his original word and I had no discomfort whatsoever and “we remain friends Lol” One other thing to note is that on my last visit 12/08/2022 the temp outside was 32 degrees and unbelievably hot ,however walking into the treatment room was blissful as the practice has recently undergone a refurbishment including ice cold air conditioning in all treatment rooms (I have now gone from never wanting to go to the dentist to being so relaxed and chilled that I didn’t want to leave.) Thank you to all of the team at Shakespeare dental for making me be able to smile again, Darren Gascoigne (50 year old male ).

I’ve been attending this practice for over 50 years and have always received friendly advice and treatment. Went this morning to have an old filling replaced and have to say was totally relaxed with no pain at all. Added bonus was the wonderful air conditioned room 🤣 Thanks to Luke and the team for their continued friendly service. Would highly recommend.

I called on Monday morning to get an emergency appointment as I had woken up with facial swelling and unbearable pain around the area of my wisdom tooth. The lady I spoke to was lovely and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. I was seen by Luke Savva, who was lovely and patient with me and discussed my options in detail. Unfortunately, the issue I had didn’t go away with medication and I had to go back today for another emergency appointment. Once again, the reception staff and Luke were amazing - I had my tooth removed and I’m already feeling 1000x better!! Special thank you for Luke and your assistant for making the process so quick and easy! I genuinely cannot recommend this dentist enough - every single person I have come into contact is bright, happy and helpful!
