No doubt I'll get the same automated reply (or none at all) saying we've changed the recipe to "the best yet". The Strawberry milkshake has changed to double cream from clotted cream and the taste is so much worse now. Before it was incredible and I could down a whole bottle in 15 mins. This new recipe with double cream is just vile. Never buying again. Ruined an absolutely amazing milkshake

Edit:- Thanks for the reply - looking down at other reviews (and on supermarket websites), I think your recipe team is very much mistaken if they think they have 'improved the recipe'. Thanks for suggesting I try your products again, but unless you revert to the original recipe, I won't be making any further purchases. It's a shame the nice bottle design has changed too! They've ruined something that was really good. I had noticed the premium looking bottle had changed to a very standard plastic bottle. I didn't notice that the recipe had changed. After one sip, I could tell something was wrong. I looked more closely at the bottle and could see that clotted cream has been replaced with double cream. The difference is very noticeable. It no longer tastes luxurious and in fact has developed a bit of an unpleasant flavour. For a short time, this was my favourite bottled milkshake. Sadly it's now something I'll be avoiding purchasing again.

Only buy the Vanilla version simply because it's the only flavour of milkshake that I like (and that goes for any brand of milkshake) But their vanilla milkshake is the best I have ever tasted. Outstanding taste and texture - the perfect vanilla milkshake.

This has got to be the best milkshake ever. The chocolate flavour is so delicious and you can actually taste the chocolate. Kids absolutely love it. Always buy the larger bottles as the smaller bottles are never enough. Thank you shaken udder for producing such a great quality milkshake drink. Love it.

What happened??! Bought 2 x 750ml Belgian chocolate milkshake bottles and thought I had a bad shipment or that my fridge was malfunctioning because it was so runny. The first bottle was at least twice as watered down then usual and very sad and disappointed to find that the 2nd bottle was exactly the same. That unfortunately is the last time I will be buying your products. I understand that prices may need to be increased like everywhere else but by God why on earth have you ruined this milkshake by watering it down?! It barely even fills me up anymore, may as well be drinking nesquik! Shame on you!!! 😡😥
