Ordered on Just eat for 2 milkshakes.. a waffle and a smoothie. I received a call 45 mins after placing my order to tell me that the smoothie is unavailable. I was told that the rest of my order was ready and to be out for delivery. Why make the whole of my order and then ring me 45 mins later to tell me that smoothies are unavailable? Poor Customer service and ive had to cancel the whole order and go elsewhere due to missing item that was the main thing that was needed

Absolutely appalling service! Zero customer service skills and poor standards of communication between their drivers, themselves and in turn, the people who actually order from them! Imagine waiting best part of an hour and a half for a delivery to arrive after the app tells you it'll be with you within half hour max??! Waited and watched the expected time slot be changed again and again and again and then calling up to ask what the hell is going on, only for them to blame the drivers and claim your order will be on the way within the next 20 mins. 40 mins later, still no delivery, decided to call up to cancel and guess what?? NO ANSWER! After 5mins of non stop trying, decided to use another phone- they answered immediately! Informing us the order had left the shop and was with the driver 10 mins ago. Explained the frustration and was flatly told "ye ye ok.." by a lad that sounded like he was half asleep... oh and then the driver turns up claiming he is given several orders at a time and have to deliver them to different areas regardless of how long it takes and therefore the wait is due to them making their customers wait so that the driver doesn't need to come back or to wait for another order to come in to avoid them paying the driver for just the one delivery! Absolutely disgraceful! Sort yourselves out you idiots!

I am surprised that such a well-known and respected company would employ such ill-mannered and thoughtless employees! When you query as to why special notes have been disregarded or incomplete orders have been sent out, the workshy and idle staff don't see it in their job description to respond respectfully. Shake House needs to manage this site more efficiently and not allow egocentric members to sully their good name!

Uber eats order made last week. Had to call x3 to chase up a late order. The guy on the phone clearly making things up, e.g on its way etc, only a little delayed. Last call was to cancel the order because waiting 90+ mins from a place only a 3 min drive is not acceptable. Door rang a minute later with delivery. Sis took this not knowing I cancelled, she ate a bite before I knew! Only for the driver to ring the door again as he's been asked to BRING IT BACK as the order is cancelled. Absolute shambles of a place with shocking service and a rude bloke on the phone who can't accept their mistakes and issues. Shame you're part of a big franchise. If you're unable to work as an Uber eats provider perhaps you should just leave the service or actually get some drivers employed & orders fulfilled within a reasonable time 👍👍
