It was terrible service, food was cold, my burger didn’t have any sauce or lettuce. Wrong fries were given, feel let down by the service and quality of the food! My chicken burger was really dry uncooked and wasn’t able to eat it

If you want to eat nice food in London, you can choose better than here. I was so disappointed. We were going to go to a nice restaurant, decided to try here instead and paid over £30 for bland food. We didn't even end up with a full meal for each of us as we didn't realise how small the portions are. There is no justification for the food costing that much when it's so flavourless. Just go Five Guys; much better taste and value for money. Whilst the staff were absolutely lovely and organised, the place itself felt quite grotty. Toilets were dirty & locks were broken. Don't order the hot dogs either! It's literally just a thin piece of meat (pork?) in a really small bun; no toppings, no sauce, dry food. Absolute rip off.
