Had a very disappointing and poor experience and customer service at Shake Shack. Their system to take orders failed twice - and took payments from me twice (see image). If I had not checked my payments on the app, I would not have noticed. When I went to the counter, they couldn’t take my order in person, refused to give me a refund or offer me any compensation, and did not apologise. 20 minutes later, the orders did come up marked as failed, and I did get my money back - and some chips - but no apologies. I’d certainly not recommend visiting.
