I recently placed a order for 2 chocolate waffles. The order was placed 10.10pm I was still waiting at 11.55pm. When I ring them the person who answered the phone said his two minutes away although the app stated no driver allocated. The guy on the phone sounded so unprofessional and all I could hear is staff laughing in the background. I would highly recommend not to order from here because I definitely won’t. Now I understand why they are absolutely dead in there Everytime I drive past. Poor service 0/10

I ordered on Deliveroo and ordered at 21:05, Deliveroo had said the estimated delivery time was at 21:40. It is now 22:40. They charged me £13.79 and I’m not able to have it refunded as I went back onto the page and it said the shop had been closed down! I tried calling them multiple times but they don’t ever answer. Why accept an order if you can’t deliver it? Not satisfied at all

Service at this store is very slow and poor, lady on the phone has no basic customer service skills, if you don't like your part time job go work at your uncles garage. Pathetic and rude, our order arrived after 2 hours of ordering, no tracking available on Uber eats, another mystery 🤷🏼♂️ absolute shocking service from this store.. however we enjoyed the cookie dough and waffle sticks 😋

Staff were helpful with my large order of 12 shakes. They kept some of the shakes in the fridge to keep them cold while preparing the remainder. They offered to help take the drinks to my car which was v kind. The shakes were a bit pricey and not many deals going, however I was happy with my order and the shakes were fantastic.

I went to Shake House the day before yesterday, the products are always amazing, the best I have had in my hometown of Birmingham. I went with my Sister and we spoke with the staff Rehman, Kasim, Amayah and the Manager of the store, all just simply beautiful people inside and out. The owner is so personable and cares so deeply about keeping prices low in the current cost of living crisis, this costs like £1.50 less than Eis Café, and the quality is 100x better, if you want value for money give this place a try! The staff are all friendly and warm, they may milkshakes with a smile and I have visited this place numerous times, it has become almost a family routine. I wish you more success brothers and sisters, thank you for your hospitality 🤝✍️Make your next memory here🤳
