Awful insensitive staff with no common sense, they keep “reserved” tables that don’t need to be paid for, for reservations that don’t show up, but treat existing customers like they are a nuisance. Their attitude is like a passerby in the streets, their restaurant can be mistaken for the red light district in Amsterdam, not a good representation of Persian food or atmosphere.

Awful awful customer service. There are plenty of other wonderful Iranian restaurants, so please don’t waste your money on this place. Incredibly rude and ignorant staff. Overpriced for the very very very poor quality of food.

I’ve been in London for years now and I went to almost all Persian restaurants in the city. The experience with Shah Abbas is second to none. Their stew(especially Gheimeh) is top-notch. They are mixed quite nicely served with the high-quality Iranian rice. They also have a wide variety of Vegan food. What else you want? I don’t know 😁

We went today we found a plastic wrap from the cucumber in the salad, a hair in the rice and my glass was dirty inside so I had to drink of the bottle. My mum doesn’t speak English very well so she didn’t want to say anything she just paid and left so I’m leaving a review.
