    I should like to give my greatfull thanks for my oppointment yesterday! I have been on a waiting list for a while for a small operation! My phone rang it was a lovely receptionist she said they had a cancellation and could fit me in today!!! Great, I went and a lovely Dr Mc Williams did my operation with nurse Lynn who iv met many time she is fabulous! They BOTH PUT ME AT EASE straight away! I can't thank them enough xxxxxxx

    As others have said, terrible practice, but it's the only one that you can get. If your ringing after 9am or have other commitments, they are your doctor only in name. Receptionists are off-putting at best, if your actually worried or looking to get to know what you need they give you a whole bunch of non starters "no appointments, we only book on the day, e-consult is closed until Monday" they talk over you and when you ask to add to their suggestions and state that you are unhappy with their system they say that you are having a go at them personally and when you try to explain you are just a bit worried they expect you to apologize to them like geez have better telephone manner. I get it NHS services are stretched. I'm just trying to access healthcare. Thank goodness I'm generally healthy. If I had any sort of on going medical need I'd have to quit my job to get healthcare

    This practise wait times are way to high and sometimes they just hang up on you. when reception answers they give basicly no help as the appointments are not there anymore. Gone somewhere in 15 min from opening in the morning then they say fill online form which not working most of the time. How is this helping anyone ? Making people feel like idiots just trying to get help from them.

    My 2year old has been poorly for almost a week and not been able to be seen one day they was shut for training, 2days they had no availabe spots now phoned yesterday and waited for a doctor to call back all day and same too day. Why take on so many patients no one can ever get an appointment

    Dr changing prescriptions and been trying to get a explanation by being on the phone waiting 45 minutes for them to pick up then to be told to phone back tomorrow because only a dr can tell me why but its not classed as urgent🙈it cost £2.00 for the pleasure. It must be so hard picking up a phone when your a dr at this place especially when you get more money giving out jabs.

    s has been mine and my partners GP since we were children and most of them are lovely. Today the lack of communication between us and them were ridiculous. My partner is a professional boxer and all we asked them for was her GPs gmc number which by the way us available to the public anyway they refused on the phone, asked her to come in for to be given her forms back an hour later saying they couldn’t give her it so we have had to then go through the medical register to find 7 numbers they could have just given to us anyway. It may not be a big deal to some but this is her career and point blank refusing information you know as a doctor is available to the public is so stupid and to be honest a complete ballache. I understand Doctors are busy and GPs especially are under a lot of pressure from communities and every other thing that’s happening in the world but at the end of the day this should have been handled a lot better. I’m never negative or say anything bad towards front line workers as I am one myself but next time it shouldn’t be made this difficult for a patient to have information on their gp

    This doctors practice is absolutely useless. From having to ring over 100 times to even get through to anyone then to be told the doctor will ring and all they ever say is viral without even seeing a 1 year old in person when he actually had a chest infection. It is impossible to get through and when you do the level of care provided is poor. I am looking into changing doctors.
