This is a lovely place to walk, but it could do with more sign posting. The actual reserve has no signage and not easy to find, I thankfully found people walking who pointed me in right direction. No parking, but layby almost opposite can park. Lots of walking in the reserve, but no signage, so could easily get lost.

Overgrown and not kept very well. The partner found it scary. So would say it can feel eerie

The nature reserve is very small (you can wander around it in 15 mins) but is peaceful and quiet.
