I've been registered at Shadwell for 7 years and used to really struggle with the practice so much so that it caused me alot of anxiety.. However I have noticed an amazing improvement in the service this year. Today I rang at 9.30am, got a same day appointment and then fantastic advice and clear next steps from Dr Newell and also the reception staff in follow up. Thank you 😊

I have no issue with wearing a mask but do not lie that it’s mandatory and if you are going to insist people wear them provide masks in the entrance way and don’t be rude when the patient says they haven’t got one due to the fact you don’t need them in most places now. The rules are - the government website states Patients who enter GP practices in England are no longer required to wear a face mask unless they have respiratory symptoms. The current GPs and nurses are lovely especially Dr Smeeta Wong she is the best thing about Shadwell medical centre and the only reason I continue to attend despite the rude receptionists, the more I attend I believe it must be a job requirement that the receptionists are rude !!

I am a former patient. Found one male doctor to consistently not listen, to be a little too quick to want to carry out intimate examinations and always seemed to be suggesting that because you were female and over 40. You must be suffering from depression. Nice.
