I am pleased to rate Shadow team based on the recent experience to remove old asbestos sheet in our residential garage. The entire process was a 3-day end to end, Day 1: Gathered contact information from Google search, reached out on phone to Adam and got back the quote (very competitive), agreed the price, and booked appointment for the day after Day 2 : No work just waited for the collection next day. Day 3: Adam texted in the morning to state the collection is by around 12:30 afternoon. Ryan texted by 11:41 to say that he would arrive by 12:00 and rang the doorbell by 11:58 (yes 2 mins early). Then the friendly Ryan and Scott with their charming smile on face started to inspect, count, and start to collect them to their fully covered van. Finally, Ryan checked the entire spot for any loose debris, broken asbestos to collect them all and finally handed out the certificate of collecting the asbestos for our reference. Excellent attitude, coordination, work, and communication - STRONGLY RECOMMEND. I was sadly struck at work else would have offered something for them. Adam, I will add a small tip which if you can kindly pay out to them (fancy a coffee or beer) without fail please. I have already passed on your contacts to my builder (Salvinder & Sukh) - as even he was super impressed with the speed and service.

Got in touch with Adam to undertake an asbestos survey of a property we were looking at buying, as the building survey had identified risk of asbestos in artex on cielings.. From my initial enquiry right through to issue of reports and invoicing, the service and comms were perfect. Adam went above and beyond taking extra samples at no extra cost. Needed an asbestos garage roof removed and didn't know where to start, but these guys were great. From submitting some photos and getting the quote, to the removal everything was really easy. Dan kept me in the loop by text on the day of removal, arrived prompty, and worked so fast, and then the roof was gone. Excellent work, would definitely recommend Shadowes.
