    I like to give my custom to independent businesses where-ever possible and as my local independant shops were unable to supply the fabric I was looking for, I did a google search for suppliers. I came across Shades Interiors by chance and so glad I found this store. I sent an email enquiry Sunday 2nd January, not expecting a reply until x days later. To my surprise Carole replied the following day even though it was the bank holiday. She gave a competitive price and I placed an order on Sunday 8th January which arrived on the Wednesday. Carole was also sent samples of plain fabrics which arrived within days. Great communication from Carole who clearly comes across as caring about her customers and passionate about giving great service. I phoned he due to a mix up, on my part, with my order which Carole rectified immediately for me and I came away from our chat feeling like I'd just spoken to a friend. I will not hesitate to order from Shades Interiors again and thoroughly recommend to any-one seeking the personal touch and a great pricing
