I was looking for a particular brand of external Venetian blinds for the south side of our house. After some complications in the process and further internet searches I found Shade-Space. They provided me with an offer I could accept, the blinds are now up, and we are very happy with them. They look very good and are exactly what I wanted. It was a real pleasure to work with Shade-Space. In particular, I appreciated the ease of process with Shade-Space, their installers from Bright a Blind, and the electrician they use, whose contact details they gave me. Communication with Liam, the Estimator/Draughtsman was excellent, he responded promptly to my various queries at every stage of the process. The Technical Sales Manager, Nick, together with his colleague Jacob, provided us patiently with excellent information and advice. The installers were professional, friendly, efficient and tidy. Michael, the electrician, and his colleague Stephen were also a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved, the excellent and timely communication, and the quality of the work - I would certainly work with them again.
