I had my first hypnotherapy session with Angela in February, I was struggling to cope with the stresses of my exams and school and constantly overthinking which led to horrible thoughts. I can't recommend Angela enough, super friendly and professional, I had been suffering with symptoms of hayfever for the first time in my life, running nose streaming eyes, after I'd posted this on Facebook Angela, offered to help, we had a session over video call , and she negotiated with my subconscious to ease ,reduce the symptoms they eased , more or less straight away and kept improving from then on in its been a few days since and still no symptoms. Happy days

Angela treated me for exam stress and anxiety using hypnotherapy (although I also had reflexology which was brilliant and definitely relieves stress!). I was struggling with university exams in that I was too anxious to remember all of my revision when I was sat in the exam hall. She helped me to break the association with anxiety when I sat in the hall, so that the moment I wrote my name on the exam paper I was calm. This enabled me to remember all of the information that I already knew but previously was unable to recall due to being in a stressed mindset. She is also a lovely person! I was apprehensive about trying hypnotherapy and she really put me at ease.
