The engineer, a pleasant, respectful man arrived, though over 5 hours late without informing me he would be delayed. He then leave briefly to buy a battery for his meter. He could not repair the boiler's fault so he phoned a friend. Because he was so late arriving it was by then too late to buy the parts needed and, being Friday night, nothing more could be done until the following Monday. I promptly paid the £75 charge. His boss said he would phone me first thing Monday morning with an estimate of the cost. It is now Tuesday evening and I have heard nothing more. I think what really disappoints me is that this company seems perfectly happy to leave their customer with no source of heating or of hot water. Though I am elderly, it is fortunate I am in good health because the weather became quite cold over the weekend. It is a shame also because they seemed to be utterly trustworthy.

This company was booked through local heroes. They promptly phoned me to make an appointment to survey my home. I booked the day off work and waited for them to show. They didn't! When I phoned up they stated I hadn't got an appointment scheduled. Foolishly I made another appointment with them. They didn't show up again so I cancelled the job.

Needed someone to sort my heating as it’s freezing and my hot water & radiators wernt working - I put my request through local hero’s at 10pm and my job was accepted and sorted soon after! In the morning the company called and sorted a time suitable for me. The engineer was super helpful and willing to help and answer any questions I had! Great service!
