Terrible experience. Told them our floor was not level time and time again. They said no problem. Laid the floor which lifted. Then they came back and relaid the floor. Still not level. Then they had the cheek to say it’s the builders fault who built the building not there’s. Yes it is the builders fault floor not level. But we told them this and they said alls fine we will level and lay the floors. Scott the owner is refusing to budge getting an independent report he says that favours him. Arguing with him is a waste of time. We are now going down the trading standards route. My advice is don’t go near this company as if anything goes wrong then you’re fighting a losing battle. Cowboy company avoid if I was you
