The web interface for uploading and ordering models was really easy to use, with instant prices based upon process, materials and finish. At time of use, minimum model and order values were very reasonable and cost of production was competitive. Turn around was quite quick. I'll be using them again 😁👍 Attached picture shows their SLS model to the left (Black Nylon PA12) vs. a 3rd party FDM (Black PLA) to the right. The standard (Matt) finish looks good.

Pair of beloved headphones cracked after 4 years with no spares available. I know nothing about 3D printing but found a design on the internet by someone else with the same problem.The guys at SGD 'know their onions' and gave me loads of help in selecting the correct medium for creating the parts, not only for strength but also finish. Advice on best paints to use with plastics too. Resurrected a set of electronically fine AUDEZE headphones with failure parts made from now much stronger plastics. Will use SGD again for similar projects.
