Our Parish Council ordered a data device in August and we still have not had it. Excuse after excuse and the worst customer service ever. We will also be taking legal action in the new year if the product or refund does not appear Words fail me how awful this has been. Would never recommend

Do not touch.. very poor service.. chased up for delivery date and kept getting told next week next week.. now months later have ordered elsewhere and still haven’t had refund. They have numerous CCJs which they have not satisfied. I am surprised they are still trading.

AVOID!!! Placed an order, made several calls & emails to follow this up and was consistently fobbed off. Absolutely abysmal service & a waste of my time. This was simply a repeat order too........agree with the other poor comments!

We purchased built up stainless steel letters from this company. They looked good and were priced reasonably. Less than a year after installing, LEDs were failing because the letters were filling up with water as it leaked where the threaded bars were. When we asked for assistance sourcing replacement LED ribbon to match what was in the letter they did not reply. I would suggest paying more for higher quality letters from a more reputable company with better customer service.

Absolutely appalling, . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They took £900 off me for a sign they never produced. I was fobbed off with excuses for 3 months and when I cancelled the order they refused to refund me until I started a court case against them. They never answered any messages or emails and never once informed me about the progress, or lack of progress with my order. They are an absolute disgrace.

As previous reviewer states this appalling company needs to be avoided at all costs. They have taken public money from my Parish Council for a Speed Indicator Device which has never worked properly ......lies, total denial, this product is not fit for purpose & much much more. We have lost 'fund raised ' money & wasted hours of our time....they simply don't care, they are deluded & also check out their unresolved CCJ's! They should not be allowed to get away with it......I have to give them 1 star to enable me to post this review so everyone knows about them!

Not Even worth 1 star. Lies, deceit . Never pay unless by pay pal or credit card for refund Every call and email ignored when they answer they say its on its way. Was posted last week Been shut down by track and trace They should of been sent out last week. Be back to you in 5 minutes. Works shop too hot to cut Courier did not show Will be with you tomorrow without fail x 10 What has come has come wrong Do not want to know How they are still in business is beyond me !!! The worst most incredibly bad buying experience I have ever had. Not had what I paid for Given up and decided to pay again somewhere else ! Do yourself a favour and keep well clear. !!!!!!! Complete and utter woffle

I have to agree that the man could do with a communication skills course as soon as he comes back on our planet (smile!) but give him a break. Best prices around for build up letters & grade 316 flat cut & job well done & well packaged. Just give your customer a longer lead time than expected if you can & save the precious money!
