    I have been training with Matt McEll for a few months now, and my experience has been great. I have never done weight lifting in my life before and was not looking to become a bodybuilder. My goal has been to improve my level of fitness, get stronger and get rid of permanent strong neck and back pains because of a seated job. I am doing two sessions a week (a 1-on-1 and group one) and started seeing the result even after the first session. Matt understands the body composition incredibly well and develops a special schedule to deal with the existing issues (e.g. I have been suffering from neck pains for many years, and after completing the first assessment Matt told me that the problem was actually coming from lower back and that we had to deal with this first, which was a game changer for me) and then build up on this, combining weights and elements of reformer training. Assessments and nutrition advice are also included, which helps track progress. Weekly group sessions with Sam have also been very efficient, combining weights and stretching. I would definitely recommend joining if you would like to turn your life around.

    I was in my final year at uni, booked for 10 sessions and went for only 2-3 sessions? This trainer took about £600 from me and did not respond to my calls and such.. this was a really bad experience in my graduation season. Not professional at all. I felt very frustrated since I've never been to a gym outside of my uni, but this was clearly not nice. If you're an international, or a student, or a young women, or someone new, there is a chance that this person might steal money from you
