    I was suggested by a friend to take some "advice" on an immigration matter. A total waste of time and money. The "lawyer" basically read out the home office page. I can read so that was of little use. Sent an invoice for £177 for 30 minutes. The invoice isn't due for 28 days, but they then hassled my friend for payment multiple times after the invoice was issued (and before it was due). I wanted to complain about the service, but in the end the hassling was causing great distress to my friend so I paid without making the complaint. The complaints procedure is opaque to say the least. For a company with revenue of $787m they should be ashamed to be offering such low quality service. My advice on their company? Avoid them like the plague. I would add the invoice here but I suspect due to GDPR that may be illegal.
