Better than any GP! So fast and efficient even in the middle of a pandemic. Trish helped me so much over the phone. They covered everything I needed and did so really discreetly too. There is so much I didn’t know and they explained it so clearly.

I went in for a top up on my daily pill and arrived half hour after they opened...I was told there was no way I would be seen today and I was turned away. This clinics is open 12-7. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by the lack of service. The staff may be understanding and help as best they can but it is awful that a woman in this day and age is denied access the contraception. I am now without any form of contraception and have to wait three weeks to see my doctor. This is not a good walk in clinic unless you are there queing at 12 and are willing to spend the next seven hours waiting.

They are so helpful and caring towards you. I was initionally scared that I would be judged and feel uncomfortable, however the doctors and nurses are always smiling and reassuring; during sometimes really painful, exposing procedures. I am now in such a better place than I was originally and can live my life again☺️☺️ Definitely encourage anyone to go who needs them ❤️

I was refused the pillI went in today to get the pill, partly for contraception and partly because my periods are irregular and I knew it would regulate them. I was then told I couldn't have it due to them being irregular and had to go back to my GP (even though I've already had it investigated and been told it's nothing, it runs in my family!!) I was then told I might be pregnant (1st thing the gp checked for!! And no I'm not!) then I would need to be screened, given condoms and asked questions?!?! What the hell for?? I walked out. I feel let down, depressed and humiliated. I just wanted the pill. I feel even lower than I did before.

It's never going to be easy talking about your sexual history and being examined, and you may have to wait for quite a while but these people really know what they are doing and will look after you.
