Very nice staff. The nurse me and my partner had, hanna, was very nice and she made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything to us and made sure that we were feeling good. She informed us about many things that me and my partner didn’t know. It was a very good experience. Thank you

Almost two weeks since I had a urine test and still no results back!! Just ridiculous,in Sussex they come back very quickly. Also blood test not labelled so have had to take a second! Told lab often say this!! What a useless stressful affair. I have now uprated from one to four stars. The staff are great and really helped me, it's not their fault. It's the health authority who are to blame for the mess , it's their lab after all!!

The staff here are always so kind and considerate. I’ve been here about 3 times now and have always had a positive experience. There has been the odd mix up or misunderstanding but I can see they have the best interest of their patients at heart and this genuine care is evident in the service that is given.
