    As well as selling sewing machines, the store sell wool at a reasonable price so my wife as a keen crotcheter regularly pops in to top up her supplies of wool. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

    Bought two machines from this shop in the last couple of years (I’m a newby sewing fan) - been delighted with both. Followed their recommendations, both were informative, addressed what I needed sewing machines to do - and they were right! I’ve had other machines serviced here too, they’re advice was helpful and saved me money throwing good money after bad. Yes, they are a little more expensive than trawling the internet looking for a few quid off, but you just don’t get the service, help and advice as when dealing with someone who knows their stuff! Ask Amazon how to do something on a sewing machine! With cottons on sale in the shop for £1, I defy anyone to find cheaper on the internet! And they always find time to help you with any issue or problem you have with a machine. Highly recommended.
