They will block you if Royal Mail doesn't deliver and you ask for a replacement. Part was eventually delivered 3 weeks later. I even tried to return the refund, but they didn't get back to me. Terrible customer service.

If you want to wait nearly 3 weeks for package that you paid 1st class postage for, have the phone put down on you whilst in mid sentence, an then be consistently put through to the answering machine because the guy on the other end doesn't have the decency to own up to a mistake. Then try these guys. But if you've got things to be getting on with and stuff to sew, then just throw your morals out the window and get it from Amazon.
