Customer service is extremely poor and the quality is unusable. Made to feel like I am being done a favour when I am paying for a service. When the embroidery comes back hap-hazard or even completely wrong, (despite instructions written, explained in person, diagrams drawn and followed up in email with graphics) there is never an apology or even acceptance that she is at fault. It is literally the worst service I have ever used. Her excuse is that she is so busy and it'll get done whenever she gets time - again, like she is doing us the favour. If she opened the shop more than a few hours a day a few days a week then maybe she would get more done.
