I attended a sewing workshop only to find my 'Brother machine' was not working.I looked up a sewing machine provider on my way home and Mandy's address in Horsham popped up on my phone. It was a Saturday afternoon as I dropped by and I landed my machine on Mandy's doorstep with no previous appointment. Mandy kindly agreed to service my machine within a few days and gave me a quote and price in advance. It cost me £50 to have it serviced and I collected my machine from her house as agreed. I followed up Mandy's efficient work by asking if she would service another sewing machine. This time it was an old 'Bernina machine'. This was done very quickly and professionally. It cost me £50. I recommend Mandy wholeheartedly. She is a star!

Mandy did a fantastic job at fixing up two very old and worn down domestic sewing machines to a fantastic standard again. Customer service could not have been better, a very kind person two whom nothing was too much trouble. Definitely worth travelling to if you're in need of of A class standard machine servicing.

Have used Mandy on three occassions for two different machines. One machine was a really old singer sewing machine and the second was an Elna sewing machine. First two visits were for full services and the second one was where my son had tried to sew some plastic material and managed to break the spool holder. Mandy was incredibly helpful and managed to source replacement parts. Will definitely use Mandy again.

Excellent repair and service. I was in the middle of making a pair of curtains when I realised my stitches were looping underneath. Mandy diagnosed a problem with the tension and the machine was fixed within just a couple of days. Since then the machine has also been serviced. The fee is extremely reasonable and the service very comprehensive. Mandy is very responsive, very professional and technically excellent with that much needed eye for detail. I recommend her without hesitation.
