What a wonderful service and a thoroughly knowledgeable owner. Dropped my Innovis 1100 in for a service, as I'm taking it abroad with me for 3 years. Really helpful knowledgeable owner, turned it around in a week, replaced worn parts, and gave me some spares For the future as they will be difficult to get hold of where Iam going. Thoroughly recommend!

My old sewing machine needed a service. It was working perfectly, just needed a clean and oil. Took the machine in. When I collected it there was a fault with lower tension when reverse sewing. Took the machine back, the gentleman checked it and said 'That is the best I can do'! B I brought it home, only to then find the bobbin wouldn't wind!! Phoned again only to be told to take the top cover off and clean any excess oil! Still wouldn't work so phoned again and was asked to bring it back. A 40 mile round trip each time. A friend then told me about a machine repair in Wellington. Paid for another repair but it is now working perfectly. I was told that the machine hadn't been greased and the plate hadn't been removed. Unfortunately I have to give a star rating for this to be posted. If I could give a minus rating I would do so. I wasn't really impressed with the attitude of the man at the machine centre, not particularly friendly.

I can't speak for the quality of the goods but I made the trip over especially from Wolverhampton to buy a new sewing machine and found the shop closed until next Tuesday. As a business owner myself, I'm not the kind to begrudge a small business their holiday time. But they're a retailer who depends on foot traffic - there was nothing on the website or on any of their business listings to indicate that they weren't around. This company has lost my business - I'm an avid crafter and may have become a regular customer. How disappointing.

Wonderful went for a basic sewing machine the lady was so helpful tried several out and she explained each one made my choice really easy spent alot of time with me and it was even cheaper than the same model on internet,would recommend this shop to everyone don't even bother going anywhere else no need to shop around they are the best for price and customer service
