    Awful, awful and awful.... took 4 weeks to alter a bridesmaid dress, when told that it would take a week. Went in after 2 weeks as no phone contact was made and couldn’t get hold of the lady, to be told that she hadn’t even started it as she needed more measurements, she hadn’t even called up to ask for another fitting.Another 2 weeks later collect ‘said’ dress and it is completely ruined, front and left side completely different length to other side and back, marks on dress... if I could give a ‘zero’ rating I would have... the lady is so rude and never even apologised for the time it took.... good luck to anyone that takes anything here, as you will get it back when she is ready and not how you expect it to be.....
