They do good work and are reasonably on time. But sometimes the quality of the work can be hurried and substandard. The owner lady, in my opinion, is a bit rude and unpleasant. And she doesn't appreciate her work being cross-check before collection.

Always really accommodating and will do their level best to fit you in. Always use Sew It for all alterations as service is great, everything finished to a good standard and prices are very reasonable. Lovely friendly ladies and would definitely recommend.

I picked up a pair of designer trousers up that I'd previously taken in for hemming, Workmanship was very poor. One leg was longer than the other, trousers were still too long, and the stitching was uneven and pulled the material so the trousers didn't lay or hang flat. I took the trousers elsewhere to have them professionally hemmed. I would never use "Sew it" again and will discourage others to stay away too. Service: Pants alterations

Highly recommend, needed a pair of trousers taking up in a day, had them ready for the next day despite being really busy, I even rang the next day to see if I could collect them a couple of hours early to avoid the rush hour traffic and they said that this would be ok.
