    I always think you can best judge a business when things go wrong. I ordered a product. It arrived in a timely manner, but had been damaged in transit. I contacted Sew Essentials. They immediately said they would send out a replacement - no further questions asked. The replacement arrived today, intact. TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
