I wouldn’t recommend this vet surgery as I feel they are more interested in making money than helping your pet. They’re not transparent at all with prices and on many MANY occasions we were rinsed of our money.

After my cat had been acting strange for 5 days, his tail was limp and he was cleaning it more then usual, being protective etc. I saw in the morning a cut/wound was there which was red, sore and full of pus. Phoned up and was told to bring him in to examine. Very quick with seeing him and helpful with procedure. What I didn't like from the experience was the attitude of the vet who saw my cat, didn't say how my cat got his abscess, said he was covered in fleas (not true!) and didn't explain price/suitable medicine to use to treat my cat. Felt it was a waste of their time and an inconvenience. Can't fault the service and kindness of the other staff and hope my next visit will be with a smile from the vet.

I was with my dachshund yesterday because I thought he had a broken leg. A few touches (5 minutes) and a medicine of 63 pounds. He said the doctor wasn’t sure it didn’t break his leg, but I would take it back on Monday if it didn’t improve. 3 days waiting in despair I do not go back, I found another doctor, cheaper and more attentive.

I will miss the kind and gentle 'bedside manner' of Mark the vet when I move to London next week... All of the staff are absolutely wonderful here, but as I have rats I always see him for his specific rat knowledge and care. I hope to find a rodent specialist as good and kind in London! Tragically, I am leaving Worcester with 4 rats instead of 5, but my little Dot had a very peaceful passage today thanks to Severn View Vets and their compassionate handling. I have used them for a few years now and recommend them highly for all animals. And especially to rat parents!
