After not having much input or advice from our previous vets on our dogs care for ACL once we chose not to go down the operation route, we asked for a referral to Severn Vets for the hydro treadmill. Natasha was very thorough on her review of our dog and recommended a way forward for her. Our dog was a bit dubious at first but now loves her time there getting laser and going on the treadmill. We have seen an improvement to our dogs stability, walking and overall comfort. The team are great for advice and support as well and I feel are genuinely there for the pets and their well being. So much so that we have made the decision to fully transfer to Severn Vets.

Incredible service from a 5 star vet! After taking our very poorly pup to the Tybridge street branch a few weeks ago, she was very quickly admitted and transferred over to Berkeley house for hospitalisation. Every single person we have encountered has been so lovely and caring towards Daisie. Despite all she has been through, she loves walking through the doors and getting fusses from everyone and we cannot thank you all enough for saving our sweet girl! Highly recommend to anyone!!

I have 1 dog and 2 cats registered here. It's an excellent practice - moving to them last year was the best decision. Communication is brilliant, the nursing/reception team are always friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, and the care given is dedicated and compassionate. My young labrador has been receiving weekly hydrotherapy since January and is welcomed as a much loved friend each time. I always feel fully informed and involved in his progress, insurance claims are handled swiftly, without fuss, and my endless questions - I'm one of 'those' owners - are always answered with patience and good humour. Being able to have full faith in my pets medical care is invaluable, and makes potentially stressful situations far easier to deal with.

Found stray dog in the middle of road on a bank holiday. RSPCA, dog warden, police and some vets either didn't answer or wasn't interested as wasn't an emergency. Severn Vets took her in and offered her a safe place. Highly recommend these vets. Instantly could tell they were true animal lovers. So a huge thank you to you.
