This company is a Disgrace not only do they charge you for water, you're human right & not their property to charge for, they bill you for items, that can not be reasonably measured, they charge you for. waste water (no way to know such) surface water and highway drainage (again no way of knowing how much ppl use) That on top of your usage that, they estimate & never come to read but claim they do. Direct debits with them are a scam they use fear tactics to frighten old ladies & old men into sticking with direct debit... by claiming that future usage, you have not used yet!! can somehow be billed on direct debit 12 months in advance.. I have to ask how can you make an assumption of what anybody is going to use 12 months from now & then create a direct debit for that amount, what clown car did you just think ppl would get in on that???????? Clearly scammy practice, they may even claim to give you you money back if you over pay, but i can 100% confirm they would instead try to fob you off with an account credit... Staff in call centers can't do basic math's for example a £500 bill paid at a rate of £70 per month for eight months is £560 more than enough to pay the bill, instead of eight payment and then a break in billing, they will try to set your monthly direct debit to £100 per month for 12 months just so they can pretend you would use that amount in the future.. THEY ARE TRYING TO LOCK YOU INTO A NEVER ENDING DANGEROUS AND ABUSIVE BILLING CYCLE THIS PRACTICE MUST NOW BE LOOKED AT AS IT'S REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE ADVANCED BILLING MUST BE SCRAPPED clearly an attempt to rip off consumers...

My sister is in a wheelchair and needs clean water as do I for other reasons to do with health matters . It's a basic necessity , Severn Trent have told her twice in a week to run it off as it's sediment . From the job I used to do I was taught about water and pipe quality . A rusty pipe giving brown water will eventually cause a leak . Someone needs to go outside her house and sort this out asap .
