I purchased a Naim speaker from Dean, over the phone. And he was so helpful and knowledgeable that on receipt, I rang him and purchased a second one. He was very polite and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Delivery was prompt. I would certainly recommend Sevenoaks. PS. I use the Naim speaker as a soundbar for my TV however the smaller Naim Qb speaker does link to the main speaker as I thought it would. However, they do link and play together if I’m playing music. I purchased the blue/green covers for the speakers so they look a bit different and trendy!

The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. I bought a pair of speakers and when I unpacked them, found that one was damaged. Paul replaced them as soon as possible. Unluckily for me the second pair ended up being faulty. Once again Paul replaced them without any fuss.

I recently purchased a Denon AVC-4700 AV Receiver from Paul and his team. Excellent advice and service and the unit turned up next day as promised. I used to use Sevenoaks many year ago but found them a bit 'exclusive' – If Paul and his team are anything to go by they are a refereshing change and completely accessible with a great range of product and great expertise. Absolutely delighted – and the Denon is superb too!

I called the shop and spoke to Paul about moving on from my previous stereo. after a lot of patience on his part and a lot of discussion, i chose a combination of B&W speakers and Naim kit. I ordered this and all turned up on time. However there was a problem with the Naim streamer and after lots of whatsapp videos and help, it was determined it needed replacing. this was all replaced and dealt with super efficiently. All the way through Paul was super patient, super helpful and gave good advice, in a couple of instances stopping me spend money he did not feel i needed to spend. He also helped me when i managed to get two cables the wrong way round stopping the equipment from working properly, advising again via whatsapp video call. Thank you! Great job. Guy
