I needed some replacement speakers and had been down many hours of internet rabbit holes trying to work out what I needed, which helped draw down a short list but also totally confused me with contradictory reviews and information. This is a product that you've got to simply hear for yourself and I booked a visit to Sevenoaks in Witham to test drive some speakers. Having Mark and Dan help navigate me through the nuances of the different options and their patience made a huge difference. I came down twice for listening sessions and never did they try and pressurise me into buying the most expensive model. They were more concerned with me getting the right product for my set up and my listening preferences. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and their expertise, knowledge and patience made the internet redundant. I eventually bought a pair of QAcoustics 3050i and the best thing is that I've got 30 days to see how I get on with them. It's a big purchase and these will probably see me out so I want them to be right.

We have started to upgrade our hifi system and were looking for a non-Amazon supplier (nothing against Amazon, who are really good, but you shouldn't buy everything from them!). We had not come across Sevenoaks Sound and Vision before, but we thought we'd give them a try. We purchased an amplifier and it was delivered safely within a few days. Unfortunately, it had a minor manufacturing fault, so we informed SSAV, who without any quibbles, said we should return it and they will replace with a new unit. The amplifier was picked up and a new one delivered within days. Amazing customer service - we would recommend them whole heartedly. When we can afford the next upgrade we will certainly be going back to SSAV!
