The team are Sevenoaks are brilliant. In a world full of box-shifting warehouses, Alan, Richard and team are so refreshing since they are always available on the end of phones and email to give advice and help with any customer service issues. I bought a NAD C368 amp with Bluesound module fitted, enabling me to play Apple Music through my hifi. I got loads of great advice on the options available to me which gave me confidence to buy from Sevenoaks. I had some issues with the amp losing connection to the network: not only did Sevenoaks provide some advice on how to check for network issues, they arranged a courier to pick up the unit to assess what was wrong and offer a replacement. This positive customer services experience gave me so much confidence in buying from Sevenoaks that I've just spent a load more money with them! Recommended.
