    Excellent service from the moment we walked through the door! We had some ideas what we wanted to do but Simon make some excellent recommendations and gave us a demonstration of what to expect. He recommended an AV engineer to survey the room who came up with an optimum solution for hiding wires and equipment. The work was completed quickly and once we had finished decorating the Sony TV and REL and KEF speakers were fully installed and integrated with our existing amp, record deck and CD player. First class and thoroughly recommended.

    My wife had bought me an amplifier for Christmas from an on-line company. It arrived damaged and the supplier said that they could not supply another at the original purchase price. I was walking past the Seveoaks store in Nottingham when I saw an amplifier in the window by the same manufacturer. I went in and found the staff extremely helpful. The amplifier I wanted was available at another store and could be delivered in 2 days, and at a much better price. I am listening to it now as I write this. I was delighted with the service from Sevenoaks. If I need more kit I will definitley see what they can do for me.

    These guys are amazing!!! I went in before Christmas (2022) to try out some headphones and the guys were so knowledgable and let me try out all of the ones they had at my price point and were very patient with my questions, which they answered fully. There was no pressure to buy, just good old-fashioned customer service in a really relaxed atmosphere. My headphones are on order and in the meantime I wanted to buy a portable DAC to listen to High Res audio files via my phone. After several very helpful emails, I revisited the shop and sat with Sam (and Simon) for ages as there were problems with the interface between my iPhone and the DAC. We managed to get it sorted and I left happy in the knowledge that I'd bought something that I wanted and not been pushed into buying something I didn't. I can't rate these guys enough as they really know their stuff and are very professional and patient. If you're in the market for audio visual equipment then do go and see them as you will not be disappointed!
